Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept underwear and headwear. These will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box in original condition. Tailored or personalised goods are non-returnable

If you are sensitive to the material fabric or any of the products used in the manufacturing process should contact Bloqed who will endeavour provide a sample of the material where appropriate prior to purchase.
Please note it is your responsibility for return freight and consignments freight-forward will not be accepted.
The limit for returns is 14 days after order, or in line with eCommerce Trading Laws.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card used to pay for the goods. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Bloqed will refund your order within 21 days of receiving the goods.
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us (making sure they are returned in accordance with “Conditions of Return”, above). If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to let us know of your intention to cancel within the 14 day period.
